Blue Ribbon Day - April is a month dedicated to the prevention of
violence against children. The local committee for the protection of
children (CPCJ) and Agrupamento de Escolas de Sardoal (through our
eTwinning project) organized an awareness action for a problem that
still affects a lot of people in our country - Child abuse and
maltreatment.

Ukraine Starts from me (Ukraine)
"Ukraine starts from me" is national patriotic and volunteering project. The aim is to arrange students meeting from diffrent regions of Ukraine. To share ideas as for the project development and leadership. As result it was 2 days training in Lutsk, at Gymnasium 4 and organizing festival for disabled children.
Dignity Day (Ukraine)
"Dignity day" is activity wich took part on 21st October at our school. We had discussions as for the dignity, hnour, love. We exchanged stories from personal life. We wrote letters to ourselves in future (wishes for the next year).

In a beautiful sunny December
afternoon, eTwinning Sardoal
students, wearing a red cap and
having a lot of solidarity,
love, affection and Christmas
spirit, offered the inhabitants
of their village a quite different and special afternoon. A
smile, a word of comfort, affection, attention, a hug,
..., small gestures that can
make all the difference in the daily lives
of every person and that have
contaminated the local people who
received the initiative with open
arms.
A wave of solidarity that reached Santa Casa da Misericódia de Sardoal (a local old-people's
home) , where students sang and wished Happy Holidays. The activity also included local
businesses and some public services.
Congratulations to all students for the beautiful example of creative solidarity and a special thanks to all persons / entities that have collaborated with this initiative :).

Christmas baskets (Portugal)
Today The eTwinning club and the class 8B of
our school distributed some Christmas baskets, under the project "when we stand
together". A big "thank you" to all who contributed to this solidarity
activity.
